With strong theatrical roots a Madam Laycock set is not just about the music they play it is also about the strange characters, fancy dress, celebration and foolery with the audience! Using vocals, accordion, trumpet, violin, Glokenspiel and percussion, Madam Laycock will unleash a wild stampeed of passionate songs which, by the end, will have you dancing toegether like a pack of crazed rhinos!

Over the past 3 years Madam Laycock and Her Dabno Pleasures have played at various festivals and venues around the UK, including Solfest, Eden, Limetree, Leeds Town Hall, ICA London, Lawrence Batley Theatre, Cabaret Boom Boom Sheffield and greenrooms Manchester.
